I recently sent e-mail to Band In The Box Entertainment to inquire about them and their Jaguar games. Here is how they replied:

1.) Who are you?          We're a small video game company based in Nashville, Tn.

2.) Are you developing Jaguar Games?       Yes, we are.

3.) If so, what are they, and what are they about?         One's a behind-the-back shooter, one's a 2D fighter, and one's a command  & conquer-type game. That's all we can tell you.

Also, anything else you could tell me would be very helpful.
