New JagPlayTesting Group - Stay Up-To-Date

Posted by JustClaws (esaoa7.esoc.esa.int) on July 25, 2001 at 04:47:10:

Hello,

I have created a MODERATED announcement mailing-list
with Yahoo egroups called "jagplaytesting" which I'd
encourage everyone who can run UnderGround games and
demos to join. This will be a very LOW VOLUME list!
The list page is here:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/jagplaytesting/

Members of the group will also have a single source
to download most demos and UnderGround games, which
will complement the other sites holding such copies.
Most UDG game developers have already joined the list,
and latest news is that some games work on JAGulator!

If you just have a Jaguar news page, please join the
list too, then you can publicise new UDG releases on
your site immediately you hear of them via the list.

As you are probably aware I have a page which I've
tried to get everybody with the means to run the
UnderGround games to register on, useful everyone.
A new update with 2 new playtesters is due soon...
The page is here:
http://www.bowes.co.uk/justclaws/devcats/playtest/

If you have a BJL kit, JagOS kit, JagServer kit, or
a JUGS cartridge, or even an Atari Alpine 2MB or 4MB
or Atari Flash-ROM cartridge, please register there.
Very few JUGS owners have registered so far though!!!

The more people who register the better UnderGround
developers will be able to judge the interest in the
games and demos they are working on, as with the list.
The egroups list may later supercede that web-page.

Regards,
JustClaws.
